The Frangipani Villa caters to the client’s needs, prioritizing Safety and mobility with finishes that minimize tripping hazards. A soft color palette of light natural tones and cheerful yellow reflects the essence of the frangipani flower, inspiring warmth and happiness.

Nestled by the Lake, the villa features ample windows to create a seamless connection with nature.

This part of the project was inspired by a mix of Frank Lloyd Wright and other famous Chicago buildings, based on a class field trip to the city.

My main goal was to make the space feel warm and inviting while limiting the furniture used. My solution was to use zoning through ceiling heights and textiles to create an engaging design that highlights materials and craftsmanship.
